We found her while searching for a realtor to assist us with our move to Texas. From the beginning, she was the nicest person and willing to listen to our needs for a home. She stayed in close contact with us halfway across the country despite her busy schedule. She made time for us when we flew to Texas for a week to look for homes and showed us many listings around the area. During the closing process, she stayed in contact with our home salesperson to make sure they had all the paperwork the needed to close on the home. Even after closing on the home, she stayed in contact with us to see if we were settling in ok. She considers her clients as friends and is willing to go the extra mile for them. We would work with her again in the future, if needed.
Shelli has a plethora of knowledge on recommendations for my home when repairs were needed repairs due to normal wear and tear issues.

I met Shelli McBrayer back in early 2004 when my family and I were moving to Texas.
We were 1st time home buyers and Shelli was patient, supportive and always available to answer our questions. She helped us find a great house and kept us informed and updated throughout the entire buying process. 17 years later our family dynamic had changed and we were wanting to sell our house, so we reached out to Shelli. Once again Shelli guided us through the selling process, helping us prepare our house to sell for the best price. She kept us updated and when the offers started coming in, she gave us great advice and suggestions to help us choose the best offer. Throughout the years, when friends were needing a realtor, I have always given them Shelli's name and contact information.
Shelli got us listed right away, which led to a quick succession of showings of the property.
We found a qualified tenant in the first group of showings and signed the lease. Shelli did the necessary initial prospective tenant screening and helped us arrive at the decision to sign the lease. Would definitely use her again when the property becomes vacant in the future.
